Hi there. I created macros with Adobe CS3. I also photoshop my photos (what you call 'make 2 pictures in 1'). Maybe there are other ways, but I do not know any more than this program. I think there should be freeware an downloadable photo edit programs online too. But don't be mistaken. I have about 10 years of experience with photoshop, so if you try something out at first it won't go as smooth as the results I got for my macros. But you should be able to learn fast. Macros aren't that hard to make. You could even cut and paste in PAINT.exe. That program has typing/writing options too. Good luck!
